Q&A: Cheap train fares to london?

Question by H G: Cheap train fares to london?
I often see really cheap train fares to London Kings Cross station, from Leeds advertised, but when i try and get tickets, they're always incredibly costly.
Does anyone know how i can get cheap fares? Do i need to book certain amount of time in advance or something?

Answer by DSYeah. Book as far ahead as possible. Two weeks is often OK, but even longer may be required to get the cheapest fare,
